Tech Drop-in is a new free service provided by skilled volunteers at Concord Library to help people looking for assistance with basic technology enquiries.
Get guided troubleshooting and basic 'how to' advice for issues relating to Android, Apple and Windows devices including smartphones, iPads, tablets and PCs. Bring your own device or get help on a library computer.
Please note that this service is for basic tech help only. Our volunteers are not able to provide assistance with technical or commercial enquiries, structured training, computer repair or design services.
Drop-in on Wednesdays at 10am-noon during school terms. No bookings required.
