Learn about aerodynamics by building and racing three different aircraft — a falling helicopter, a glider with loops for wings and a fast dart

Sam is stuck up a tower and needs to escape, but the only way down is via helicopter. Help Sam escape by building a spinning helicopter out of paper. Oh no! The helicopter can't make it all the way to the ground and has to make an emergency stop on a lower building. Sam gets out and looks around, there's a narrow gap that might just fit if you can make a plane with very short wings. You will learn how to make a glider with circular wings for you and Sam to fly through the narrow gap. Now you've got to the ground it's time to get right out of the danger zone. What better way to get away fast than building a supersonic dart!

Suitable for children 6-8 years. No prior experience required. Bookings are essential.

We design the learning and social experience of our workshops very carefully, and it is important for the enjoyment and safety of all participants that your child is within the age range for this program.
